The 2019 Australian Celtic Festival honours Scotland.  Join the Scots as they assemble with their colourful banner bearers near Tynwald Hill to be piped onto Tynwald for their very special ceremony.  At the conclusion of this ceremony, participants will be piped from Tynwald Hill to the Stone Circle in readiness for the Kirking of the Tartan ceremony.
